VH Brother is a goods tracking system Theta Solutions built for a textile business in India. Material moving between manufacturers and jobbers was previously tracked in traditional bookkeeping and coordinated over WhatsApp, which left no record of stock held at each jobber unit and no way to establish who was responsible for a delay. The system records each movement on web, Android and iOS, shows stock levels per jobber unit, and replaces the WhatsApp coordination with automated notifications. Purchases, deliveries and stock can now be reported on for planning.
