The Nursery Management System is an MVP Theta Solutions built for NurseryRoom, a childcare service provider in the United Kingdom. Its childminders calculated fees manually across morning, afternoon and evening batches, applying sibling discounts, holiday reductions and separate full-day and part-time rates by hand, which was slow and produced billing errors. The system calculates each child's cost from the batches they attend and the rates configured for them, applies sibling discounts and holiday adjustments without intervention, and records attendance and staff shifts. Invoicing runs through a QuickBooks integration. Further features are planned on the basis of feedback from this first rollout.
